Does anyone out there have anything unusual set up in their plans for the holiday season??
I was supposed to go to Ghana but that got cancelled so I'm stuck in Germany. Nay mind I'll just have to make do with an overdose of mulled wine!

Sun, December 18, 2005 - 12:28 AMChristmas in London as usual and then up early on Boxing Day and a 200 mile drive to Devon in the west of England with my sons and gf and lots of tramping around moorland. Maybe we'll see some snow up there. A German friend who's over here for the weekend told me you'd already had plenty of snow there. -

Tue, December 20, 2005 - 3:17 PMYep! Last week woke up to find the whole world had turned white, not the happiest of moments for me coz I always think I'm gonna freeze! The kids were hyper excited though and kept eating the snow, now its all gone and I wonder whether we'll get lucky again before or for xmas??
It has to be said I am seriously missing my family in Kent hopefully one of them will get inspired and pop by for a short visit between years.
Devon I remember as gorgeous in the summer I've never been in the winter, the landscape must be a sight...
