I've recently had some intense encounters with some older members of my family and it's just brought home to me just how totally unprepared I am to be not just old but old and possibly out of health. I need to rethink how and what I'm gonna do to maintain my health and brain cells. Anyone out there with recommendations on how to keep the fizzle in my walk... No kidding this is heavy on my mind!
